Most business owners only sell a company once.
That means the stakes are incredibly high.
Your business represents years—sometimes decades—of sacrifice, risk, long nights, difficult decisions, and persistence.
For many owners, it’s their largest financial asset and a major part of their identity.
Selling it successfully is not something you should have to figure out alone.
That’s why I built The Mayfair Method: a confidential, strategic, and highly personalized approach designed to help California business owners maximize value and move confidently into their next chapter.
Before I ever represented sellers, I started on the other side of the table—as a business buyer in 2000. That experience taught me exactly how buyers think, what makes companies truly valuable, and where deals often succeed or fall apart.
Today, I use that perspective to help my clients prepare intelligently, position their companies properly, and negotiate from strength.
Entrepreneurship has always been part of my life. I launched my first business at 14 years old and grew up in a family where building companies was simply normal.
My ancestors came to California during the state’s early expansion in the 1800s, and that entrepreneurial spirit has been passed down through generations.
But what matters most is not my story—it’s yours.
Every owner I work with has a reason for selling:
– retirement
– burnout
– family
– health
– a new opportunity
– or simply the desire to finally enjoy the value they’ve created
Whatever your reason, my role is to help you navigate the process with clarity, confidentiality, and honesty.
